Don Eitner Custom Sketch

You provide the image and Don will create a personal piece just for you. Drawings are produced on standard size paper either 9” x 12” or 11”x 14” for convenient and cost effective framing. The mediums that are available are: pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, pastel on colored paper with white chalk highlights, and ink washes with above mentioned mediums; i.e., ink wash with pencil or charcoal or pastel.
Don Eitner is an actor, director, and producer. In 1956, he starred in the pilot film for the television series "West Point." Since then he has appeared in more than eighty television shows, a dozen feature films, and eleven Equity productions. In 1974, Don founded the American Theatre Arts Conservatory Theatre in Hollywood. American Theatre Arts produced the world premiere of the Pulitzer Prize winning play "The Gin Game" as well as "Devour The Snow" which also went on to Broadway. Throughout his theatrical career Don also pursued his love of the visual arts. He studied oil painting, life drawing and composition from Glenn Vilppu. He also took life drawing and painting classes from Marv Werlin.

A self-taught painter, he has studied archival oil painting methods through research, lectures, and private instruction.
